Petzl Anodized Carabiners

Particularly light and strong, the Petzl Spirit carabiner can be clipped easily into webbing slings, or any other anchor point (its slim nose will clip into chain links that stop most other 'biners).

Constructed in forged Zicral, these Petzl carabiners have a strength of 9.5 kN with the gate open, making it one of the strongest carabiner in its class. Long appreciated by rock climbers for its lightness, the same is now true in the professional environment. The curved-gate Petzl Spirit carabiner is intended particularly for clipping into the climbing rope. Specs : fitted with the patented anti-snag Keylock concept Carabiner with straight gate. The Spirit is often used in pairs on quickdraws. Made of hot-forged zicral, they are extremely lightweight and strong.

The straight-gate version of the Spirit carabiner is easy to clip on and off any anchor point, thanks to the ergonomic shape and the Keylock system.
