Petzl Auto-Lock Carabiners

The Petzl Freino carabiner is designed to connect to a harness and descend a single climbing rope. These Petzl carabiners facilitate descent control by allowing adjustment of the climbing rope friction in the braking spur. Easy and secure placement of the rope in the braking spur, single-handed, and without the need to open the carabiner.

Keylock System (snag-free body / gate interface). Auto-locking carabiner. Unlocked by simply rotating the Twist Lock sleeve. For use on single ropes with the GRIGRI, HUIT, HUIT ANTIBRULURE, SIMPLE, and STOP.
