the Mammut Lucido X-Zoom Headlamp is the first LED headlamp to offer a zoom and focus feature with a powerful and precise light beam that allows you to focus the divergence angle between 5 and 45 degrees by a simple twist of the hand. The Mammut X-Zoom gives you a focused beam up to 400 feet. Three brightness levels on these headlamps give you the right amount of light for any situation. Mammut’s Total Reflex Optics lenses which efficiently use and focus nearly 100 percent of the emitted light, this little powerhouse has a light range up to 120 meters, while still maintaining battery life up to 300 hours. The X-Zoom is designed to work with either lithium or alkaline batteries, and has a waterproof housing. It is not designed for prolonged immersion, but will keep water out in extremely wet conditions or brief submersions. The alpine emergency signal is a setting that will blink 6x per minute so you can leave it on as a beacon without running the batteries down.
